1. Subscription Plans

We offer three tiers of website building subscriptions: £100, £250, and £500 per month. Each tier provides different levels of service, the details of which are outlined on our website.

2. Minimum Term

All subscriptions are subject to a minimum term of 12 months. Upon subscribing, you are agreeing to pay the monthly fee for this minimum period.

3. Payment

Payments are due monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Renewal

Unless cancelled by either party, your subscription will automatically renew for successive 12-month periods at the then-current subscription rate.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any end of a subscription term, effective at the end of that term. No refunds will be given for payments already made.

6. Service Delivery

Upon receipt of your payment, we will begin delivering our services as per the selected subscription package. The specifics of these services are outlined in the package details.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make changes to these terms, we will notify you by updating the date of these terms and posting on our website.

These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
